Cancellation 3 weeks or less before arrival    –     30% of total cost as agreed at booking
Cancellation 2 weeks or less before arrival    –     50% of total cost as agreed at booking
Cancellation 1 week or less before arrival    –   100% of total cost as agreed at booking
